Tony Ross is a British artist and writer for children. He is most noted for his work with Francesca Simon on the Horrid Henry works, and has also illustrated the Harry The Poisonous Centipede and Dr. Xargle series of works. He has illustrated a lot of works and has also written some His most recent book was I Don't give a damn about this dumb toilet! He won the Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis in 1986. He studied at the Liverpool Colledge of Art and had many jobs, including a cartoonist.
The Little Princess is a series of works about a three or four year old princess and the phases that she goes through in life. The first book, titled 'i Want My Potty' was originally released in 1999.
